Reservations are made for Special Event weekends as follows:
Dad’s Day and Homecoming weekend reservations are made one year in advance. Reservations are taken IN PERSON starting at 8am on the Sunday of each special event for the following year’s corresponding event

Commencement weekend reservations are made one year in advance. Reservations are taken IN PERSON starting at 8am on the Friday of the current Commencement weekend for the following year’s event
Commencement 2013-full
Mom’s Day weekend is determined via a lottery one year in advance. Send a postcard with your name, address, phone number, email and room type desired between March 25 and April 12, 2013 to be eligible for Mom’s Day 2014. One entry per person. The drawing for Mom’s Day weekend 2014 will be held at 4pm on April 12, 2013.
