RSO's - An approved Space Request form must be returned to the Rec Room before the reservation can be confirmed.

To be eligible for discounted bowling rates, we require ONE person be responsible for payment.

Reservations made on Friday or Saturday must be complete by 5:00pm to be eligible for group rates. Reservations may be made up to 6:00pm on those days, but must be completed by 7:30pm. [An exception to this policy may be made during certain break and summer periods.]
Check for availability.

Reserved space will be held up to 15 minutes past the starting time.
The Illini Union Rec Room reserves the right to assign unclaimed space to other customers.

Price is based on the number of lanes and length of time reserved.
Changes to a reservation must be made at least 72 hours in advance.

Deposit required for reservations of 5 or more lanes or greater than 2 hours in length.

Food items purchased from anywhere other than the Illini Union vendors may not be brought into the Rec Room or the Illini Union.
Orders may be placed for pizzas, drinks, and other food items a minimum of 72 hours in advance of the reservation. Some restrictions apply. Check for availability.
