Terms of Lease
A lease runs from May to May unless an organization becomes a tenant after the regular allocation process or due to the expulsion of another organization. If this happens, the lease will begin at the time of occupancy and will end in May.
At the beginning of an organization's tenancy, each office space/cubicle occupant will receive a copy of the Space Usage Agreement (signed by the president or chairperson of the organization and appropriate IUB officials) and a copy of the IUB Guidelines for Office Space.
