What's the best way to spread holiday cheer? By donating a toy to an underprivileged child in your community! NOW through December 13, OVP is asking you to donate toys for children who otherwise may not receive gifts during the holiday season. Toys should be new, unwrapped and cost no more than $15. Toys collected by OVP will be donated to local non-profit agencies (such as the Center for Women in Transition, Cunningham Children's Home, Community Elements) that will then pass them on to families in need.
Want to adopt a specific child? Pick up a snowflake with his/her wish list at OVP, room 288 in the Illini Union.
Student groups! Ask OVP about the possibility of adopting an entire agency's wish list.
