Professional Portrait Lab

LOCATION: Illini Union Room 335 (3rd floor, north side of the building, door is next to the vending machines)

SPRING 2026 DAYS/HOURS: 
January 20-March 13; March 23-May 8

Monday: 10am-noon 
Wednesday: 10am-noon 
Thursday: 4-6pm
Friday: 4-6pm

PROCESS:
During the days/hours that the Portrait Lab is open, students can come on a first-come, first-serve basis. If the line is long, we will cut it off 15 minutes prior to the end time, and you can come back to another session. Each session should take 2 minutes. Student headshots are done with a professional background (1 option only), lighting, and equipment. You will have a chance to see your photo on the computer before you leave.

Once approved, the photographer sends an email to your provided address via WeTransfer. You will have three (3) days to download your photo from WeTransfer.
