Campus Mail Schedule starting Monday, June 1, 2020.

Due to summer classes moving online, all campus events and summer camps cancelled, and many campus buildings remaining locked for the foreseeable future, Campus Mail will operate with an abbreviated schedule during June 2020.

Mail Messengers will work Monday-Friday from 10am-3pm. Campus mail will be delivered to and picked-up from departments in buildings and offices that are unlocked. If your department or office is in a shuttered building, please arrange to pick up incoming campus mail and drop off outgoing campus and US mail at the Printing Building by calling 217-333-9350 from 10am-2pm (Monday-Friday).

The same procedure applies to Campus Mail drop boxes. Mail Messengers only will check the drop boxes in buildings that are not locked. The drop boxes at the Student Services Building, 610 E John Street, and the Printing Building, 55 E Armory Avenue, will be checked on weekdays.

We believe the same guidelines apply to incoming US mail. The mail carriers will deliver only to buildings and offices that are unlocked.

It would be very helpful if departments and offices could let us know the status of your building (i.e., open or locked). Information on building status can be shared by emailing printing@illinois.eduPlease include building name and mail code.
